Your voucher has been beautifully designed, ready to be printed from your printer at home. Your voucher will be emailed to you or directly to the recipient, and can be presented on a smartphone to be redeemed.

This voucher is valid for 36 months after purchase.

1. General

By purchasing a gift voucher from Mundell’s, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Gift vouchers are issued in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are valid only at Mundell’s.

2. Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers that have expired cannot be extended or refunded.

3. Usage

Gift vouchers can be used in the Café or Entertainment Area.
Vouchers may be redeemed for Golf, Car, and Flight Simulators, Karaoke Room, retail or Café purchases.
All activities, rooms, and simulators are subject to availability, and bookings are recommended.
The voucher holder must present the voucher confirmation email or code to redeem the voucher.

4. Non-refundable & Non-transferable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

5. Partial Use

If the full voucher amount is not used in a single visit, the remaining balance may be used at a later date within the validity period.
No change will be given.

6. Cancellation after Voucher Use

Standard Cancellation Policy applies when using the voucher for entertainment activities.
Failure to attend the booked session may result in forfeiture of the voucher’s value for that session.

7. Updates to Terms & Conditions

Mundell’s reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
